These fruit pieces and particulates have high counts per pound which make them ideal for use in most any applications where fruit distribution is desirable. Such applications include baked goods, confectionery items, cereal clusters, snack foods, sauces, dressings, toppings, and cheese to name a few.  v Infused fruit dices are small pieces ranging in size from 1/4" to 3/8" v Infused fruit crumbles are smaller than dices and range in size from 1/8” to 1/4" v Infused fruit granules are the smallest size fruit that we offer and range in size from 1/8” to 1/16” We process over 20 different types of dices, crumbles, and granules from the following infused and/or natural fruits:
